I had the opportunity to dive deeper into the world building of various small and cozy agricultural and fishing settlements around the city of Baghdad.
My work here was to take the first pass done by the level designers and develop the locations further to shipping quality. Working with the landscape sculpting/painting tools, the procedural vegetation generation tools and premade assets from the other teams, I had to make the realization of the places within a very short period of time.
The responsibilities I had included: Further layout polish, terrain work, set dressing both within and surrounding the locations, complementing the intended gameplay intentions with suitable a suitable art pass, debug and optimization.
